This Recipe is simple and makes a great complement for many delicious salads. Ingredients include: Balsamic Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Honey, Dijon Mustard, Salt & Pepper. In a blender, pour 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar, add 1 Tsp. of Dijon Mustard and 1 Tsp. of Honey with the blender already running. Continue blending these 3 ingredients while slowly adding 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to your taste and you're done. Be sure to pour vinaigrette into a squirt bottle for ease of drizzling over the salad or around the plate.
